What you owe and what you have paid

Your payments show, year by year, what has been charged and what you have already paid. A payment can be part paid: then you see what is left.

How it is collected

Normally by direct debit: the association sends the payments to the bank and they come off your account. Two things are needed from you:

• Your account number (IBAN) on your record.
• The signed mandate authorising the charge. Signed once.

If either is missing, your payment is left out of the batch and will have to be collected some other way.

If something does not add up

Do not let it go and do not raise it on WhatsApp: write from My messages. It reaches whoever keeps the books, it is on record, and they answer you there.
