The calendar, the photo galleries, the videos, and the game that comes out of all of it.
Magón panel → Events. An event can take sign-ups, a capacity limit and even ticket sales.
Who can see an event is decided by its category, always, not by the event. Create one with no category and it stays at “Members only”. Categories live in Events → Categories, and that is where you decide whether something is public.
The public calendar shows upcoming events only. If you see nothing, check the dates before assuming it is broken.
Galleries are created in Magón panel → Categories. For each one you decide:
Every photo gets its year. It is worth doing properly: it is what makes the year search and the game work.
A game for members that builds itself from your own photos: it shows eight and you say what year each one is from. The more photos with a year you have, the better. There is nothing to write and nothing to set up.
It appears in the members menu under Activities, with a leaderboard covering the last thirty days.
If you keep a gallery of posters, montages or computer-made images, set Include in the game: No on it. There is no year to guess there and the game stops making sense.
